What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

On almost every order we are offering free shipping. If for some reason that does not apply to your order, you will be shown a shipping price prior to checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Paypal and Credit Card are our preferred payment. If you would like to use another form please contact us.

How long will delivery take?

Most of these cages will be shipped freight class because of the size and bulk of the products. Freight is typically a bit slower than regular shipping companies, so expect your order to take a few weeks.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Of Course it is! You will notice the site is transmitted in a SSL to you. At the bottom of the page we also display our SSL secured logo. Know that when you order with us, you are ordering with a company that takes your security seriously.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will take your order and determine the best way to ship your product. If it leaves our warehouse in Seattle, it should ship within the next day or so. If we need to ship from another location, we will make sure to get it shipped as soon as possible!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We will send you a receipt for your purchase, and most cages will come with an invoice slip. If you need a separate one please contact us.

Why am I being asked to send a check to Hawaii?

We are a small Mom and Pop run business and we typically can be found in our home in Hawaii with our birds! If you are sending a check, it is easier to send it to our home office at 205 N Kainalu Dr. Kailua, HI 96734. Thanks!
